Riverview and Sarasota are within 30 minutes or less. The Tampa Bay area offers more than just the sandy beaches. There are several attractions across the Bay area for all ages.
Manatee Viewing Center -Take the family to the Manatee Viewing Center in Apollo Beach near the TECO Energy Power Plant. The manatees flock to warm water from the power station’s discharge canal. The center also recently added a new touch tank with stingrays. Guests can also stroll along a habitat loop trail to a wildlife observation tower.
Little Manatee River State Park backs right up to the Kings Point perimeter. The 2,433-acre state park is 5 miles south of Sun City Center. The park offers activities including camping, hiking trails, bicycling, fishing, canoeing and kayaking.
Top Golf, located in Brandon, is a great place for family fun. The entertainment venue has interactive golf games in bays similar to a bowling alley. There are also lessons and classes available for anyone looking to improve their game.
Busch Gardens is a Florida theme park offering roller coasters, rides, attractions, shows and animal encounters. Located in the city of Tampa, Busch Gardens is 30 miles north of Kings Point off I-75.
