The South Club

At the southern end of our community, the aptly named South Club is a popular destination. Inside this 30,000 square foot resort-style clubhouse is the Palm Court Restaurant and Bar, serving lunch and dinner daily. From both the indoor or outdoor areas, you’ll relax as you gaze at the adjoining golf course and serene pond as you enjoy your meal. Our chefs offer a variety of menu options to suit all tastes and dietary preferences.

Kings Point Palm Court Bar and Restaurant Patio

The outdoor patio at the Palm Court Bar is the perfect place to enjoy a magnificent Florida sunset as you sip an evening cocktail. It’s a popular gathering spot for with friends and neighbors. Golfers congregate here after a round at the adjacent Scepter golf course, for a cold draft, lunch or appetizers, accompanied by lively conversation.

The pool and spa area at the South Club is a hub of activity from morning to evening. Residents swim, take water aerobics classes, or just take a dip then relax on the comfortable pool deck chairs. You can order snacks and lunch as well as a full menu of cold beverages by the pool, and chill to the great music provided by local bands.

Jubilee Hall

The Jubilee Hall brings people together for our popular Karaoke nights where you can feel free to indulge your inner diva! Another popular event here is Rockin’ Rendezvous–with a professional DJ playing all the favorites, you can grab your partner to dance the night away. Music Trivia Night is another fun way to spend the evening. During the day, the hall is home to rousing games of table tennis, all styles of card games, and a myriad of social activities.

Additional amenities at this resort-style clubhouse include an internet café, hobby and craft studios, an indoor lap pool, outdoor resort-style pool and spa, and a fitness center. Call 813-387-3476 today to make an appointment with a female or male personal trainer.
